the first of many

just a quick first post to let my wonderful family and friends know that i'm starting this blog so you all can keep up with the adventures of ava and i. you will also be able to see her grow on a regular basis. as most of you know scott and i are splitting up. thank you to everyone for all your continued support! i couldn't get by without it. i also couldn't get by without my little girl. things have been pretty rough, but her smiles makes everyday worth while. i am trying my hardest to find my place in this world now that everything has been turned upside down and i'm doing ok so far.
ava turns 2 in 9 days. it's hard to believe that 2 years ago this little person arrived into my life. she has made everyday for the last 2 years and 9 months worth getting up for! as she gets older she is getting so fun! she is saying so many new things and doing so much! my mom constantly says she is a lot like me. i like that. well that's all for now.. will post more later and with pictures! love to all....
